Urgh. Game itself seems good, and I had no problems running it, but an MTL will always be an MTL. Game itself is alright, but abysmal language in a story-driven game makes it DOA. Fuck this shit, I'd rather do my laundry.
"Additional useful stuff" folder has the tutorial text file.
Does it happen in a particular scene or your whole game isn't working?
The latest MTL should fix that one.

That bug on the the start of game or during the process of story? You use Japanese Locale or Emulator of that one?
