Here are the results of my lazy Saturday morning. Just extract it to the "FlashCycling" folder, or the top one if you renamed it.
The save is basically at the start of the main quest line (which is detailed in a txt file in the HELP folder). You start with the Repaying the Repair quest, but the Rotor Ride before it is definitely repeatable and I assume in the gallery. Stats are all maxed, bike is maxed out save one item you get from the quest line, the 30k yen upgrade is bought and installed, and there's enough cash to buy the dildo once it's unlocked.
The untranslated menu option below "Status" is a fast-travel system. Destinations are translated. Sex shop is next to the foot bath.

A mundane yet effective speed boost. Overpriced; by the time you can afford it you could have just won all the races without.

Just a heads up since i missed it to start with. There is a help folder in the game that tells you how to unlock all events

You still haven't lost virginity? Its sex you have on the mountain trail. I'm pretty sure she's masturbating and Satou shows up and they have sex, and it only happens after footjob at the footbath.
The virginity event is on a mountain trail VERY high in the map. You should start at the summit and probably head right or downward to find it.
Then just go to sex shop for the dildo.

Nope, never saw it, and ran all over that dammed mountain with shirt on/off. Still with all the grinding done and 11k in the bank, I can cruise through it all with the help folder XreapingxcrowX helpfully pointed out.
So, still a useful save if you want to avoid exhibition/shame/biking stats and cash grinding.

Ummm, you can go to recollection room to activate maps to find events. Then you can probably find it ^_^

Here's a cheated save with all subevents (none are greyed out including untranslated), all 12 translated main events, and 3 untranslated main events unlocked in recall. I'm not sure if there are any main events left as they don't appear in recall until seen. Hope it's useful to someone.

Grinded out most of the stats up to being able to beat Race B.
Just about all scenes seemt o be repeatable. Just lose the amateur races when you want to see those scenes, win them to win money towards buying whatever that 30k item is inside the bunny bike shop. If someone wants to repay the favor quoting me and linking a walkthrough that'd be great.
