How do u use the emulator, I have finished downloading it and installing it, however the dialogue is still not working

Next right click on *.exe and find Locale Emulator in contex menu and press Run in Japanese

I just changed system locale to Japan from "Region" settings temporarily and it worked without any issues..Is there any downsides to changing system locale for a short while?

Not gonna lie, I've had my locale set to japan for probably a year now and haven't noticed anything. I kinda just forgot I had it set to japan, but nothin's come to bite me in the ass. I'm no expert on how it works, but apparently all it does is pretty much just changes the way it displays non-unicode characters, which is fancy speak for "it lets your pc use japanese characters" or something similar to that.

Well that's a relief,thanks for the reply. This is the first time I changed my sys locale,so I was a bit worried(tho i did immediately change it back after completing the game).
Btw,what is the use of unicode locking a game for the dev?Is this something like a DRM,or does it save them money by making it Japan exclusive?

Like these japanese games asking to use japanese locale, some games and application won't launch on japanese locale.
Actually, I don't see the problem to use locale emulators, instead of switching system locale. Why did you switch it?

I'm actually intrigued on how did you manage to get the .exe to get loaded into CE-mine shows up, but whenever I load the CT it doesn't work at all.
...on a side note, is there an actual way to modify the coins you have? I don't want to be grinding for these evey day-

Yes, you can do like any other value in game. Okay, I added coins to Cheat Table. Download it....on a side note, is there an actual way to modify the coins you have? I don't want to be grinding for these evey day-
