If you go to a safe area she should stop following you. You just gotta ignore her, and she won't appear if you don't stand too close to the red thing that makes her initially spawn
After you beat the final boss, in the teleporter room the two last on the right will activate. One allows you to reset all boss encounters and the other is the gallery

I beat it already, I found it hilarious at one point that someone thought the grub enemy needed to return in the sequel. Because ooo yeah, the first thing I think, when I think of sexy, is a fucking meal worm XD lol. I have to admit, at least, the chained head enemy that I thought was terrible, turned-out to have a decent erotic scene. Chaining the player character up all over to be blown for all eternity. A subservient position surmounted by the servitude of the one in the dominant position.
OH also, I think this first game is better than the sequel. The gameplay seemed to click a lot more and some of the enemies prepare you to practice mechanics you'll use in boss encounters. Which shows elements of proper game design.

Legit stuck here. Fought my way past a bug nest, and towards a bunch of upwards platforms that lead to nowhere so far as I can tell.
Went down below the bug nest instead and found....another locked door that I cannot open. Activated the teleporter already.
What the heck am I missing? All I see are two barriers that I cannot blast apart and cannot open? Where do I go???

ofc you can't, its a hidden file, idk in other wnds ver but in w11 you click View and click "show hidden file"
Does anyone have a map or guide for the haunted mansion I swear I have all the gem/keys or whatever but I cannot for the life of me find the spot to open the second part of the gate in the main room. I've been through the whole area several times!

If you're having trouble finding AppData\Local, just type %localappdata% (exactly like that) in the Explorer address bar and hit enter. Windows knows where it is and will take you there.
If you can't find the Setaria folder within that, try running the game and making a save of your own. It probably won't create the folder until it has something to put in it.

The version 1.0 I played like anywhere from 1-2 years ago has a full translation. Unsure why this isn't it. I'm hoping OP will post it. But if you want it I can share, just dm me. It ain't 1.21 but 1.0 is pretty damn close. I just don't want my fucking mega nuked.

Ye I can do that. It shouldn't have any of my save data because I removed it. This is the version that I played through like 2 years ago.
