This bug is a persistant one.
I've tried repeatedly to fix it, but so far, no luck.
It's easily fixed though. Go to the folder img/layers and find the file Ust1shadow. All you have to do is rename it to 'Ust1shado'... remove the 'w' at the end.

I add a w and bug is solved but inside the cave there is a way with stairs but it is dark and can move in right order.

As of now, no.
This questline will probably be avialable later, but I'm trying to get the other factions out of the way first.
The Civil War is more complex since it has 2 sides, multiple concequences and will likely eliminate some quest if not completed before hand.
So, concerning the factions, I will save that one for last most likely.
