I wouldn't know since I refuse to pay some random guy for something that the vast majority would just do for the community for free. It is pretty scammy yeah. But hey, people can do whatever they want with their money.

The game won't load. I see only a black screen with the inscription "You are checking save data ...". In the upper left corner I see 1280 720 false 1. I don't understand what's going on.

Charging for mods and content is pretty common, especially in the adult space. There are lots of mods that are free and so perhaps this confused you and made you think everyone did it for free but that is not the case. The difference can often be a case of mod or continued modding support or zero mods at all. Some people aren't willing to do it for free and you can hardly blame them. You pick. At least it is for a very affordable price and offers something that we would not have otherwise, something considerably significant considering the state of the product otherwise currently available.
