Just dropping by to say the latest update didn't fix my problem. I wasn't expecting it to but I was hoping I might get lucky haha.
Can someone point me to a safe place to download the previous builds so I can check against them? I haven't had a chance to check the older builds yet, but I've noticed the relevant threads here are usually just the most up to date versions anyway so I've been procrastinating too. I think version 0.7.0 still had webm videos so I'd like to check if they work for me. I mean I'm not afraid to hit google but it would be nice if anyone had safe suggestions first.

Are you using a cheat mod from the first page in the game thread or an older version of the mapping file? It can also occur if the directory the game is in doesn't have write permission, not running it as administrator (if you're on Windows 8.1 or Windows 10) or if you're running the game from the archive itself instead of extracting it to its own folder. Any one of those could be causing the game to crash.

Yes I use the Cheat Mod and the Incest Patch!
But the crash happens later, mostly when the RAM is at 1.5GB!

Try this... backup a copy of your saves and mapping.xml. Delete the MotH folder and extract it again. Then restore your saves and the mapping file. Don't use the cheat mod. It's incompatible with this version. Aside from that, if you use, I guess it's like a fast walk? From my understanding you miss a few things.. like Angel, a couple of thugs, wallets with cash, a shady guy selling tickets and a taser... among a couple of other things..

The cheat mod is already very important! I don't have the time, MotH is currently the most comprehensive and best game of its kind! But I don't have eternal time for all actions. But I'm already trying to go for a walkthrough and even that takes time, I think it's great!
I have already exchanged the folder, because I thought it was "Fast travel and time mod". I think it could be the cheat, but I could live with that, but an update would be great! ^^

Actually, it's not helpful at all. It saves you a little a time. It helps you to finish only two quests, prevents you from completing few, and doesn't help you at all for grinding, and story progression. Whoever built cheat mode didn't understand gameplay mechanics.

I agree. A lot of the relationship points in the game come from important interactions, and more than that lead to important interactions. Bypassing a chunk of progression could make the game bypass interactions in favour of interactions that should come later.
