It's absolutely not dead. The Ren'py version with all the content of the Rags version + WifeTrainers new content is almost finished. It's a matter of finishing some of the clients and testing to catch bugs that might sneak in.

Wow, I didn't know he was re-making it in Ren’Py and new content. I thought it was just the new content and keep it in RAGS. Now I’m kind of extra excited. Is this news from the hypnotic-collective forums?
The guy above was stating the mod is dead not the game. He was wrong though the mega link for the mod was dead but has now been fixed.
The Renpy version should be out Sept/Oct.
I have a few ideas I posted over on Hypnotics Collective. I personally would like to see this game continue on Rags. However, I do understand that there is a lot of work, etc. already put into things. I don't know how much different the Ren'py game will be, but I did just think of an idea that may work, as well. No pros or cons, just an alternative to what is in the rags version to Ren'py. Instead of review files, could have a laptop set up, where you can look up the information you would have with the files.

yeah, I agree with that. Now that I know it's being made in Ren'Py, the only thing I want is the continued use of pornstar images or the "real porn" tag. It was one of the reasons I liked the game in RAGS... I just hope it stays like that because I immediately think "Honey Select" or "DAZ", when I think Ren'Py.

Same pictures, for the most part. I think one minor character has a different model just because he has more scenes with the girls.
It's for the most part a lift and shift, much better UI and created from the ground up to be modular so that someone can add their own girl relatively easily. The idea is that anyone with a little bit of time on their hands, a basic knowledge of some sort of programming or scripting can create a new girl, event, location, item, anything. Then they will be able to submit these new things and people can choose to download and add them.
WifeTrainer was my favorite RAGS game by far, but the Ren'py version is much better. If there is even a passing interest with modders and fans to add content it could end up huge.
It looks like it will have to be some sort of download the game from one place and the pictures from another, but all you have to do is unzip the picture archive into the game directory and it sorts itself out. For some reason most git repos look down on you checking in 3gigs of porn, especially if you don't hold the copyright. :FeelsBadMan:
Does anyone else have issues where images will just not be there, and its white instead sometimes?

This is the first time I've ever heard someone suggest that there just isn't enough Sharon Lee content out there. She has 91 entries on her IAFD page, but I'm not sure how many of those are re-issues of the same content in a different wrapper.
