Maybe try the last bind spot the mouth, but she's still clothed so attack them too. Strip and bind all to win, if nothing is working maybe it's bugged.

There's some tips for the tentacle game around but I think it is mostly RNG. I either win quick, or loose slowly.

You just want the modified 2.1, it combines the features of a special patreon version with the DLSite version. It might be in the big pack if it was originally from PolkinJames, if not it's the main download here.

Buy the bracelet thing from the shop. Go on the town event from the kotatsu room in day time picking the date option, that should unlock the last heart.

Here's all the version of Wet Summer Days I had from version 1.1 to dlsite modified version. There will be some version missing as I most likely didn't download at the time. Included Night Attack on Little Sis! v1.13 for extra and fun.
