There's a limited amount of days and few ways the game can end when the times up. Fill the last heart to get the good ending, and infinite mode so you can keep going afterwards (and unlock the stupid tentacle game).
yeah I already have infinite mode and the maid costume... last played this game more than a year ago now, but I just redownloaded it to get the last heart
2.1 was the final version for this game. Further the davelopers latest activity on patreon was over a year ago, so I have little hope to ever see anything new again.

Other way around I think, the good ending at five is when you unlock infinite play time...

No cheats, there are some tips around but it seems to come down to luck really. If you just want to look at what happens some screenshots are linked to back here.
