The first place where i found this game is another Chinese website. It didn't change or remove the patreon option (at that time there was a patreon option in the start/load list, and now it is a patreon logo), but it also added a smaller logo on the titie page.
Although there is an internet wall(for example, F95 not blocked now, but meganetdisk blocked) in China, most people playing this kind of games know that they are foreign works. At first, almost every website has classifications or flags such as western games, Japanese animes and Korean Toptoon comics to show their different styles. Secondly, you can feel the obvious differences when you play the game. At last, most English-Chinese translation works are not good, even google translation.
And in fact, the logo in the screenshots on the website you showed us says its a "translation group" not claim itself as the author, but obviously it doesn't care about the real author at all. BTW i don't like this group's work because i feel they are polished google translation.
The Chinese internet porn-containing market is really interesting but totally a mess. Like porn game, there are several(i guess less than 10) translation groups translating different games into Chinese(popular ones like WA has at least three translated versions), but the quality is quite different. Now they earn money mainly by attracting people into their own social app groups (paying once for their own all works) . Some of them have websites, adding other all kinds of websites, there are maybe dozens of Chinese websites you can find some of porn games. They earn money by advertisements and other things. There are many porters transporting games from one to another, and they earn money by sharing their own trash paid netdisk links.
I guess you guys konw something about Chinese infamous pirate game environment and common free software market. It has improved gradually, but it's still an important reason of the mess situation above. It is rather disordered. Transporting without permission, second/third/... times transporting, removing logoes of the author and the translator, even breaking and stealing others works(I mean the rare Chinese-making works) and translation works happen everywhere and everytime.
