The game will be fully translated when it comes out. Theoretically in June or July this year, though there's no way to know if it won't be delayed. Even then, in my experience with VB, it's usually better to wait until some guides come out and maybe some patches... Except if you have a LOT of time on your hands. (Which I usually don't. XD)

there's no continuity between any of them with the only exception VB frontier to VB Regnarok. If u wanna play in order of originally released it Frontier -> Gaia -> Hypno (EN ver is called Hollow), Current there are full translation of Frontier and Hollow. As u can see Gaia is just around the corner.

There seems to be a pretty decent English wiki about the Japanese game. Definitely seems more extensive than the meager wiki we had available for Hollow when it first came out.

Why wait for steam version since it all age ? the jast version is 18+ without need a patch or maybe it easier to crack a steam version ?

It's a VenusBlood game therefore quite on the expensive side (This depends on Regional Pricing and yes JAST has Regional Pricing) (For example in Canada, this game is 45 Canadian Dollars)! Don't worry about this game not being shared because it will be... MARK MY WORD that it will be! I'm keeping an eye on other websites as well.

If previous releases are any indication, you want to wait until they're at ~1.03 at the minimum before playing. One game-breaking bug or another always slips, usually in the middle or latter half of some route with some weird permutations. Venus Blood games are long after all, and because of that, it's impossible to 100% QA them properly. Not without the kind of QA team a Triple A company enjoys. And even those struggle with games with major variable variations.
