Give it a value of zero in the save then save it
After the dialog you can always either re buy it or just give it a value of 1

anyone else having trouble with Noelle's phone(number) just disappearing ? Wifes number is still there, but not Noelle's
If you are using a mod it can happen if you rollback the time or reset the day as it can also reset the action of getting her number thus you have to acquire it again if its none of these then the dev generally slowly and I mean slowly fixes a few bugs

Impossibly broken and insanely grindy.
The mod is mandatory if you don't want to waste 5 hours just maxing stats and getting money, and even then, you'll still get stuck a lot of times.
Playing without the mod, I managed to get 500 affection with both women and 2 intimacy with Noelle, before getting stuck.
Haven't even heard about the other 2 women.

Not really makes game much more of a pleasure for some including me but manually editing some stats knowing when the triggers are is better than some of the mods out there excluding @Kinnerman who will make another mod once his exams ease off
