Ignoring some content of maybe one of the games If this isn't actually translated and needs MTool then I don't think it's allowed, the rules have been updated since a few game threads using it were posted...

Games must have an English translation available, this doesn't not include UI translation and said translation must be available to download (read previous step). Additionally, the English translation must be offline and embedded in-game.

Does this also apply if the collection includes a portable version of MTool with an offline available translation patch applicable with MTool for each game?

I'm not sure, it might also be from how MTool sets off antiviruses.

Ah, regardless, i doubt itll work out...

Moved to rejected then, as those few games that got posted with it were removed until MTool was removed.

Anyway, so does this game have mTool or not? Btw, mTool will ALWAYS alarm antiviruses, because it doesn't have certificates, so microsoft and others flag any unauthorized communications with servers. And to be honest, it is dangerous no matter what the creator of mTool say, any time someone use mTool is a subject to a hack or worse.
