VN - Ren'Py - Completed - The Wind's Disciple [PiXel Games]

Very simple and straightforward but in a good way. The CG is very good and it has a good amount of content in different scenarios which obviously get progressively more depraved. It's exactly what I hoped it would be!

Binged it in a few hours. Both this and Ravens quest were excellent. Love a good prude to slut story. Art is good as well. Only problem is that it's not long enough

Here's another game where I had no familiarity with the source material, but was drawn to it from the art and theme of corruption.
To the game's credit, I didn't feel like I was at a loss not knowing the source material as the in-game explanation tells you basically all you need to know. That said, the story is very bare bones; there isn't really a story here as much as a series of events to see per character that unlock subsequent events or characters.

= No real story or deep characterizations to speak of (not really a problem if you're just here to slap your shit up then duck out)

Negatives
- While always consensual, the game leans heavily into the "Take my fucking cock down your throat you fucking whore!" approach to many of the sex scenes.

I get that both men and women enjoy the degradation kink, but I personally hate it. To the game's credit, there are some more wholesome relationships, but if you're like me and prefer a more fun and lighthearted approach to sexuality without anyone being degraded, you might not appreciate that aspect.

Overall, if you like the source material, like the art and don't mind either the degradation kink and don't need a compelling story or writing to start your motor, there are far worse ways to spend a 'sesh.

A pretty boring game with average writing. It goes for a mix of naive and oblivious MC. Not really corruption, since there is hardly any conflict or reluctance.

Any game that FORCES the player into sexual situations is not a game and gets a 1* from me. would have been great otherwise. I should be a choice not forced! the art is great though, and kinda funny. chars are good to look at. shame about the forced situations.

Truthfully, the Wind's Disciple is a pretty standard VN that's just a little bit too grindy. I remember having to run certain events a lot in order to unlock all the content, some of which didn't change at all. However, it remains one of my favorite games because it has something that very few other games manage.

The lightest goddamn tone you could ever find.

The vast majority of corruption porn games have very dark tones: mind control, rape, blackmail, ntr, all of the above and a lingering sense that what is happening is perverse, in all the worst ways. The Wind's Disciple, on the other hand, manages the opposite. Janna's slide into depravity is frankly happy. She wants it, the people around her enable it and she enjoys every second of it. It's a corruption game with consent and no victims.

While the tone is probably my favorite part of the game, it also has stellar art and some pretty great scenes.

The story is incredibly straightforward and whether there's actually any choice in how to progress is questionable.

That makes the game feel non-interactive due to having one of two choices: follow he main quest or repeat events that have been a part of the main story. I'm pretty sure that there's only 10 choices to make for flavor text at the start, since the game then turns into "follow the instructions to proceed".

The clothing and 'equipment' aspects are wasted, given the game either auto-equips them for you or denies entry until you do it you do it yourself.
Similarly, the day / night button is useless since you have to pass the night in a different way anyway. The game constantly asks whether you want to shower without it having a point.

The expositional 'companion' character is absolutely annoying and has no off button.

the good art yet uninteresting gameplay and intolerable bird make it a 5/10 -> 3/5

Pros:
Art is really nice, some of the best 2D art I've seen in a porn game.

No knowledge of League is required (never played, and it didn't bother me)



Cons:
Gameplay is really grindy. You're basically running through the same scene several times in a row with slight variations as Janna gets naughtier and each lay levels up a little.

There is and there isn't much content. If you view every variation as new content, sure, there's plenty there. But if you count variation as repeats, there's a lot less content than there appears to be.

The corruption, the reason I and some others checked this out, is really fast. It's less of corruption and more of realizing she really likes being a slut. This might be a positive for some people, but basically, think of it as corruption in fast-forward. YMMV based on how you feel about that.

I would have given it three stars (It's not for me, but it also still is pretty grindy for the amount of content), but what I hate is that you can't really choose your path. You have to interact with every character multiple times. (You can avoid at least some sex with Ron, but not with the other guys.) I'm used to games, especially porn games, giving me that choice. To force me into content that I'm just going to skip through is unacceptable to me.

This game is top top tier. The quality of the art is great and the scenes are hot. I avoided playing this for a long time because I don't really care for League but this game plays 100% fine without any League knowledge. Janna is super hot and this is a great progression of corruption. This is a really well done corruption game over 2~ hours and does an amazing job at her getting more slutty at a steady pace.

There are a number of different outfits which are all hot and the side characters were all fun to talk to and hot as well. At some points I was a little confused on what to do but there is a guide at the bottom left which tells you what you need to do to progress at any time which is amazing. My only gripe is that I wish this were even longer.

As a Janna main League player myself, I decided to give this game a go to sate my curiosity. And boy does it deliver the goods!
Firstly I find it quite refreshing having a game dedicated to Janna (aka my #1 bae) as to, let's say Ahri, Xayah, Sona or pretty much all the other League thots. Janna tends to get overlooked on the League Rule34 front, so this came to a pleasant surprise to me.

The story is very entertaining and somewhat "believable" in terms of how you can progressively corrupt Janna. She starts off very timid but the game quickly picks up the pace when you progress through the story. It being based on the old League lore is an added bonus, seeing as Rito screwed up with her new lore. The game is faithful to her old lore where she starts off as a street urchin and masters her arcane art within a short amount of time. In this, there's a good reason for it!

The art is good, although it's a bit too cartoonish in my opinion. Some characters are well drawn out whilst others (i.e. Ron) look as if they've been hastily drawn and the artist just called it a day, which is a shame because it does bring some inconsistences with the overall design.

Sound, there's practically none. No voices, next to nothing for music and barely any ambiance. I don't expect any voice acting in a small game like this, but some background music - even stock music - would've been a nice touch.

Overall I'll still give this game 5 stars for its ambition. The devs took an overlooked League champ, made an engaging story with interesting characters, and threw in a wide variety of kinks and fetishes for good measure.

Prolly the best visual novel i've ever played, really good drawings and really captivating story. I recommend it to everyone. If you're stuck, you can look up to tips and it's really good i think. I don't like when game tells me to grind and look for everything myself.

One of the best 2d games I've ever played, quality graphics, wonderful main character and very well done story! A pity the game is very short if it had more things to make more clothes and more events the game would be perfect!

Pretty good game with super nice art. Not too much grind, scenes are generally worth it. Characters are a bit lame and it's the same "everyone in the world is really horny and pansexual" kinda setting but it's not really why you play anyway is it

Wow wow wow! Solid 9/10!

This game is essentially a kinetic novel. You don't have much real choice and the next event is always predetermined. But the execution is near immaculate.

This game is also a corruption game. You corrupt Janna. Slowly.

At first I thought this game was too slow to start. But wow. Each individual corruption step is amazing. Not like other games which goes from, sex -> gangbang -> public dog bukkake. No, each individual small step is a small step towards corruption that feels believable.

The nitpicks that prevent this from being 10/10 are the sound and art.

Sound: It's sparse to say the least. I think there's overworld town tune, night time crickets, and slapping sounds. That's it. IMO sounds can take games to the next level. This game did not.

Art: The art is actually pretty nice. It's hot, if a little unrefined. The actual problem is the inconsistency of the art. It's like 5 different artists contributed to this project and they didn't coordinate at all.

More corruption games need to be like this. More incremental steps. I'd estimate that there were at least 50 steps (so 50 scenes) to Janna's corruption. I can't emphasize how great this is.

there are not so many kind of games like this on website,i very appreciate that someone made League of Legend game.

story is simple and understandable,with excellent CG and good experience,about 1~2 hour playing.

but there is some bestiality content in game main story.
The water that bears the boat is the same that swallows it up.

and the system of clothes change is greatly increased playability.

This game is amazing the art and the passing is really good, those sewer scenes with Wolf boi were super hot, the ONLY down side was beinng short i was holping it would be longer ireally hope some day they make a follow story of wind disciple.
But overall great game worth a play

Excellent artwork and a must play for anyone who is a fan of corrupting a female protagonist. Very minimal grind (if any), clear quest objectives, and well written dialogue. It's similar to Akabur's trainer games but (in my opinion) a superior experience.

Amazing game, one of the best. Simple gameplay and gorgeous graphics (just look at those screens) Has like 3-4 hours of content and its action packed to the brim, no grinding, walking around or other bullshit, just try it you will like it.

This one of the greatest parody games that I have played.. Props to the dev team this made me and many others there a happy man. (Woman, if they are there) Keep up the good work and looking forward for more projects from you guys..

Had a really good time playing this. I wish I could find more games that are this fun. The art was amazing, and the gameplay very straightforward. Its got quite a lot of content too. I can't wait to see how their other games that are in development turn out. If I was a rich man I would donate like crazy to you guys
