This link contains many MUGEN templates made specifically with hentai in mind. Read the description of each one thoroughly, and pick your favorite. I can personally vouch for "The Queen of Fighters 2019" which is the one i use. It comes with 2 characters and 1 stage included, and has enough slots for 100+ characters. As for where to download characters and stages, that website also has a section dedicated for each. Finally, if you want to learn how to add characters and stages, just check out the FAQS section. It may all sound complicated at first, but once you get the hang of it, you'll realize it's actually very simple, and that the possibilities are basically limitless.

MUGEN archive used to have the biggest archive for hentai characters and stages on the web, and i'm sure they used to have a few. Unfortunately, the mods one day decided to go all puritan and purged the hentai section to oblivion, and everything was lost... I've heard the hentai section came back up some time later, but i personally never bothered to check it again after what happened...

It's things like that that make it necessary to backup everything in case of another puritanical purge. Wrestling girls are not but to me boxing girls are just so much hotter. I cannot believe for a fighting game there aren't more of them there already. Perhaps I will have to create and account and make a request to add a few to the game. Lastly, is H MUGEN something that can be played with players online?

Natively, no. MUGEN has never had any online support in it's 20+ years of existence, unfortunately. It's always been a single-player fighting engine. That said however, there are workarounds you can do to play online with others, mostly involving Parsec, Hamachi, or just plain port-forwarding. You'll have to look it up online how to do it as i've never had any interest in playing MUGEN online myself, so can't really help you there.
As for boxing girls, well you have to take into account that 99% of MUGEN characters in existence are either ported from other already existing fighting games (i.e. Street Fighters, Darkstalkers, Guilty Gear, etc), or based on some popular anime/manga/comic book or whatever (i.e. Sailor Moon, Hatsune Miku, Taiga, Princess Peach, Android 18, etc). The lack of boxing girls in MUGEN is actually just a lack of boxing girls on popular media in general, or at least in the gaming/anime medias. Why boxing girls are so niche is unclear... It could be that wrestling girls are simply more appealing to the general public (or just plain fighting girls in general, be it using their bare fists like Tifa Lockhart, or using weapons like swords, guns, etc; or using magic). It could be that boxing is traditionally associated as a male sport (unlike wrestling/MMA/free-form fighting were it's marketed more like a sport for both genres)... Whatever the case, i don't remember seeing many boxing girls in just about anywhere, unfortunately...
So, bottom line is, i think you'll simply need to accept that boxing girls is a very niche taste, sadly... In the very least you can always request for characters to be uploaded on HCM, or, worst comes to worst, commission a skilled MUGEN modder to make a boxing girl for you (unlikely it'll come free however). I gave Kinky Fighting Club, Heroine Rumble and Scuffed Rumble all a try too, all fuck-fighting games uploaded here on F95 Zone, but none of them seem to contain any boxing girl whatsoever... Sadge :/

Shoutout to Cactuar for the fan translation of "Sheryl ~The Golden Dragon~". Been waiting on that shit forever, looks promising with the alchemy/crafting mechanics.
As for the other game I added today, "Sheep In Dreams" I couldn't recommend. Tediously long story segments with bullshit level bosses.

I'll try to find the video i watched on the Hub and link it here, so you people can take a look how the gameplay is like. It's one of those very chaotic, fast-paced hack-n-slash games were you fight a bunch of enemies at once, all by yourself. The main heroine goes down fast, and i assume you get sxxed on defeat

I have a lot of this type of game, but not many are full English translated. A few that I know are on f95zone that could be added. Ayano the exorcist and it's sequel. Professional school and endless defeat arena by kinetic dog, plus a new game is in the works by them. Most games by Technobrake. RR Research Society has a couple that are MTL'ed on here. SexbedDolls had a TL. Sapphires purge is a unity game with a MTL that might fit, same with Cumshot game of life and death. These are ones off the top of my head that I remember seeing on here.
