It's still unclear to me how you've come to that situation. It's look like that you've cheated with VitaminX/DrugX too.
Anyway try the following:

chat = 8
jobday = day + 1 (for example if day == 230 then set jobday = 231)

I just Edit the chat - 7
And finish the previous Job of Shaddy boy and It's Showing the about car :)

Hi Guys, first time posting here. I've completed all the steps in 0.24, but still don't get the option to call Billy to the beach. I've already shared pictures of Shelle, given him the poster etc. and he's caught Jason & Rachel doing it in the living room (corset scene) too. Any tips on what I might be missing?

You can invite Billy to the beach only on Fridays and Saturdays.
