Impossible to re-buy anything, including the Handcuffs / police gun outfit set, just tested, so that advice doesn't work
It appears this version is the most buggy one yet, hopefully next version will have it all fixed without the need to restart cuz damn that's a lot of hours to replay just to get to the new stuff...

Last time I played, you had to get on Janice's bed when she's resting during the day and go on until you get the text with something like "best ass in the world" OR you have to massage her legs when she's at the pool and continue until you get the text "nice view".
