If I'm understanding this correctly, you end up with your crush in a sex room, next to a more experienced couple? They're not in a relationship, since MC is way too chicken to confess, so it really depends on how pedantic people are regarding their definition of NTR.

Doubt it but many places have already said you can't copyright anything made by AI which makes it public domain meaning anyone can do anything they want with it and the "creator" can't do shit about it. That means piracy, derivative works, even selling it yourself is fair game. It's like the original Night of the Living Dead which has had hundreds of different releases by different groups since it originally came out in '68.
