im probly in minorty but ive played games where i dont own anything like on facebook or wow and had to pay to get cetain digital weapons or items to better game play. if dsp business model works for him and he has enuff patreons to supprot it and is satisfyd with his numbers i dont see the issue

You had to pay 20$ per episode before, so it's nice that you probably get most of the story for free.
Aslong as the bonus scenes don't cost more than 20$ combined.

Nope. He's still working on remaking Part 4 and all of A Date With Bridgette before moving onto what would have been Part 5 (Friday). At his current pace maybe Part 5, or Chapter Fourteen and Chapter Fifteen as he's now calling it, will be out in 2024.

We are now confident that the issues we had with the Chapter Five launch have now been resolved.
This new installment is now back up and ready to play.

We've also made a few coding updates to all the previous chapters which fixed an issue which prevented skipping the bonus scenes should you have wished to.
You may need to clear your browser cache to get the full benefits of the updates.
Fingers crossed for no problems this time around.

The story continues into Wednesday afternoon and takes you through to your crucial afternoon progress meeting with Principal Valentine.
Hopefully you will survive that and find out what's beyond.
Once again you are spoiled for choice with all the pathways to explore in this chapter. There is one large bonus and one very large and completely new bonus scene to find and enjoy.
As with the previously released chapters, this one has also been through an extensive remake process which is detailed in a previous post here :

Chapter Six has just under 2600 images and about 1700 pages.
There are 35 achievements to find and 2 bonus scenes, each with 10 and 25 bonus achievements respectively.
The bonus scenes are with Jodie and Bridgette and cost 50 and 200 credits each to unlock.
Player name temporarily removed
As a temporary fix to help prevent slow page load times, we have disabled the script that handles player names.
We will reinstate this feature once a better solution is developed that doesn't create technical problems.
The good news is that page load times should be quicker, the bad news is that you will all be called 'null' for the time being.

For best results as always I recommend playing in Mozilla Firefox with the game open in one tab or window only!

He splits each "part" into 2 "chapters", so the currently released chapter 7 is actually the first half of academy part 4

"Chapters" and "Parts" are different. When The Academy was first released it was split into "Parts", but now for the remake process, and eventual continuation, he now is calling each release a "Chapter" instead.
