I don't like in the new version that Maggie's characteristics of me don't change at all, in the last part it was different, I added 30 lust, clothes were changed, I added 30 fear, facial regrowth changed, and here she is just a monument without any emotions....
Instead of the grind being 'worse' how about the problem might be that is there is not much you can do yet
and that the game is quite unstable because there is a lot of missing stuff like middle things for rep, money,
girl's affections, like hang-outs... Special events? etc, etc, etc.
I mean give the guy some more time to release a couple of updates like up to at least between 0.5.0 to 0-9.0
I mean who knows he might just surprise you.

Yes. I said as much in my initial post. Having to pick vs. having all powers slows the progress down even more, and so do random rolls.
However from what I understood from demo 0.5, there was a way to get to choose more powers from the start...
Thus is it not possible that it should/will be added a mechanism that simply improves upon your 'ability' or whatever one would call it to wield/Use/hold more powers later on?
If so then the Powers in SP2 could also be made to be more 'powerful' in terms of battle, interactions etc than SP1
I mean at max stat in SP1 the Thief male or female was not 'THAT' easily stomped exactly
The powers at max level gave when used once gave like what... 20-40/100 bonus in a stat...
I am talking about stat like love or lust? 'Maxed' I mean hitting someone with like 2-3 times increase lust from power it drained almost all energy so without cheats to get laid was almost impossible through the powers... it was way easier to use charm points for that at least outside of school time... But it kinda took the 'fun' away of acquiring powers...
If the grind for powers is 'little more' he might if we are lucky make the powers much stronger...
Since its Unity, its ability with Numbers etc is better than VN from what I know...
Many Steam Games these days are made in Unity...-not talking about porn games on that end.

i guess its time to pick up SP1 again and finish the game.. just dipped into it a bit, and it looks interesting.. the ui is easier to understand. and the renders have vastly improved.. i see there is plans for importing SP1 save.. ill probably try again when that is fully put in place.

Hello, could you update it? playing without cheats is unbearable
I'm just gonna let this go a few more updates before trying for it. Once it's up to where the first one was at I hope he picks up where it left off. AFAIK there was still more that was planned for it but never completed. I think the game still has a lot of potential. Lots of room for intriguing stories.
If the game could end with Billy becoming world dictator with a massive harem, or world guardian a la Superman, also with a massive harem, taking out rivals and mind controlling foes to get there, I would love it.
Maybe an option to transform other characters. I know transformations are work intensive, you have to have a separate model and scene for usually scenes that are already done, we get this with the Billy -> Billy Jean thing, and all the clothing changes. But I think it would be great to be able to do that. It could be as simple as giving a girl bigger tits or maybe Billy finds out that there's a girl that doesn't like a part of their body and he is able to change it. Turning guys into girls could be an option too.
One of my favorite H Game scenes was in Harem RPG where your given the choice to transform and enslave your rival or order one of your harem to execute him. I chose to kill them but I thought it was a really great story element. It was like, you do not deserve to be one of us. It was a really evil character and they deserved death, it was just metal AF.
Maybe Billy could meet a villain(s) that causes him some real grief and he has to decide to enslave, selfishly kill, or righteously enforce justice.

that's probably just enough time to add in the girls assuming we get almost the same amount as the previous game. 3 updates a year (every 2 months) is slooow. I started playing this game when I was still a first-year freshman at college. by the time superpowered 1 (renpy ) version got to where it was, I've already graduated and was starting my master's degree. right now, I'm half inclined to start a doctorate so I can use it as a measure of time for this game. hell, there's a very good chance we get World War 3, nuke each other to oblivion, devolve into a fall out/madmax style hellscape, rebuild and heal as a society and this game would probably be only halfway done assuming baal wasn't cleansed by blessed nuclear fire. just joking btw. too early to tell right now
Not sure where to find a copy of the original rags. I thought I had a copy, somewhere, but after looking everywhere, not sure where it is. But there might be either a forum thread here or on hypnopics collective. Might take a deep dive to find a copy of the rags version.

Word of caution. The Linux version of this demo caused semi-permanent screen burn/stuck pixels on my monitor after 10 minutes of play in the upper left corner where the version # is displayed. After an about an hour+, it seems to have faded somewhat, so fingers crossed that it eventually goes away completely.
Unless someone comes to contradict me, the only scenes that are implemented are still Maggie's.
If so, the best point investment is:
-Unlock Maggie
-Mind control to 3
-The trait that drains Maggie's willpower.
-Ignore the rest of the powers and upload all the points to stats
-Grind money like a motherfucker to buy the powers
Ahh! and of course, do not touch anything that is broken
