Chr often stands for charisma. You can increase it by doing rap battles at night at the park fountain. Or you just enable cheats and have it maxed out.

Ok you must not be using any mod to do it.
Once MC head touches the corner of the house is when you must hit the button to give pizza.
Not the garage part but the main house.
There is a Cape Code house and it needs to be the first set of windows just as MC head touches them.

Can't progress erik's mom/erik, i completed the prior events with erik im stuck at vr and orcette game, i bought the game and vr but the event doesn't seem to trigger? Also i cant play poker with his mom when erik says 'we need more players' and then i tried to talk to his mom theres no option to ask to play poker
