Thanks, that solved my problem.
I started the game so, that I bought everything and when this problem occurred at Aunt Diane, I had the pesticides already with me.
As I remember at this time the disinsection happened in some different way. But maybe I remember wrong.

how i can get thos 2 quest mentioned here in step 27 of guide? i checked that basment for lots of day but thos quest never got

before but hey this is how I do it.) So check out the small shelf and offer
drinks then try to play poker then talk to Erik about poker and get the quest
to find someone to play with and drink with and at this time there is only his
mom so go ask her. Then back downstairs and chose the poker table and then
offer drinks then play strip poker by chosen the call button all the time and
you should win but if you don't you always can come back during the 2 part
of the day or the first part of the night to play all you want to till you win is up
to you.

I dont think so , today i finished the game when my skills were high as high as they can be , no problem shown to me , btw sister's events showed to me really late , those were the lastest one in my game , but play in patience in my opinion

In this 13.1 there is something wrong with dex. At dex=10 the Muay Thai training finished like that:
And at Sister in the shower also:
Or now the maximum of dex can be higher then 10, just the Stats Tracker can not display that?
