Ren'Py Abandoned Summertime Saga [v0.20.16 Pre-tech] [Kompas Productions]

Updated windows version 14.5 save files for new content. Recommend waiting for bug fix patch hopefully.

1-1 : Cheat enabled fresh start with Str/Int/Cha completed. Only Erik cards and gym quest done.
1-2 : Mom/Sis/Aunt routes complete. Erik story line stops at Girlfriend/Sex Ed decision. Mia/Helen route stops at night church decision. Aqua route stops at fishing with golden lure quest (DO NOT go fishing, currently bugged and kills game). Due to inventory bug annoying white text appears.

Tabs 2-6 follows entire mom story line + new content for those interested.

Tab 8 solely new mom content.
8-1 : Mall Date
8-2 : Dream
8-3 : Car repair
8-4 : Pool/Kitchen
8-5 : Your bedroom
8-6 : The Menu (Extra scenes in car this time around)

*Forgot Mom's Note Scene, just have fun all day for 8-6 then sleep and it should appear next morning*

*Pet at Cemetery*

If like me, you want to change the name of the MC and his family, because you start playing with a savegame of another player (because it's impossible to load your previous save ), you have to open the console (shift+o) and type:
store.firstname="insert_here_new_name"
store.mom_name="insert_here_new_mother_name"
store.sis_name="insert_here_new_sister_name"
exit

P.s.: insert the new name between the "".

Changing names requires console to be opened.
Summertime Saga/renpy/common and find 00console.rpy.
*Backup a copy of 00console.rpy prior to attempting changes.
Open it with Notepad or whichever and search for "config.console".
Look for config.console = False and change it to config.console = True. Save and done.

This update was great, the visual quality of the animated scenes is way above anything else in the game. I hope DC eventually goes back to other animations and improves them by adding more frames, especially the ones with 2 or 3 frames only.

If you're stuck where Sis is watching porn and you need to get to the bedroom:
1) Enable the console (you can find how by searching the forums for UnRen or just the basic commands)
2) type {location_count = "Mom's Bedroom"} in the console, minus the brackets

If you're stuck at the aunt's place, go through her house to make sure she's not up in her bedroom first.

Both of these are common areas where you might find the map greyed out and be unable to go anywhere, and you can run into them without ever using the console commands or messing with the game. The first one's a legit bug with the game.

Other locations you can jump to with that command, just FYI
"Mall"
"Church Graveyard"
"Bedroom"

Please excuse my use of harsh words but what the hell is wrong with these developers?
Instead of creating progress in the game you have to start over and over again with each update.
If you write a story please learn about continuity.
NOBODY wants to see the same thing for hours just to get back to where they were before.
Pissed of and deleting this game NOW

God, stop complaining.. you understand this game isn't episodic and plus he adds different characters and different locations with new editions each update, so it would be kinda hard to pick up where you left off. When he finally finishes the game, sure...but for right now.. it's impossible.

Hey folks, I have some questions concerning version 14.5 for those who might have already played it or are currently playing it. Without at least some of these storylines being advanced, I'm reluctant to start playing again (don't want a repeat of the completely tangential Aqua thing):
- any action possible with the nun (yeah, I know, I'm really sick ....... like the rest of you aren't hoping for it)?
- anything possible with Roxy/Roxy's mom, how about the tattoo girl or her sister?
- can we finally get the 3rd French book to advance the possibility of getting into the French teacher's shorts?
- any action possible with the other teachers, hall monitor, other students or the principle?
- any action possible with the bank teller or car dealer's daughter?
- do we finally get something other than a HJ from the girl at school?
- any clues about the mysterious goings-on at the school at night?
- any resolution on the father's death or the thugs harassing Mom?
- can we finally kick the jock's butt at the playground?
- any action possible with Mayor Rump's daughter (yum)?

I have a bug where when you enter the shower or sister's apartment, the basketball court appears instead.
Anyone have same bug, know of a fix?

Hi Guys,I have a problem so far,in the mia quest line i should go @ night to the nun( she said so)but when i trie to enter the church @ night,the game says"I cant go there @ night ") , some solutions 4 dis so far ? it will be awesome,if some can help me with this problem, ty Peeps for youre help

Man, finished this re-worked Mom route with no problems, and it's fan-fucking-tastic. Two thumbs up. To everyone having problems... The one thing that helped me a lot was doing one thing per day. Something happened with Mom, and I'd go to sleep. The following day I continued with whatever I was supposed to do, or let the scenes flow. If you feel stuck, enter the home at different times of the day until something happens. Don't forget to raise your charisma. You're gonna need it.

The only thing now is that I never realized how bad I want this mom/aunt threesome to happen. That little tease in there made me jump to the edge of my seat. I'll live up to my name when that scene drops.

MC was invited by mom to watch a movie (second time). sister is also there watching porn. after done watching the sister look at porn. it kicked me to front hall of the house. now i can't enter t he living room because he doesn't want to sister to catch him, but mom is also waiting for him to enter. so i can't go upstairs or leave the house. is there a command to force myself into the living room?

what's the command to bring up the console? shift+o is not working.

Actions with the Nun were added in a couple updates ago. You get to her through the Mia path.
Note: She's a Dom, so don't expect to get one over on her though.

Im stuck, im at the point when i have to go to the living room and watch a movie with mom for a second time but when i get down there the sister is watching porn and when she leaves i cant go back into the living room cuz it says i dont wanna go back in there yet after seeing that but i cant go anywhere else cuz it says i have to go into the living room with mom. So im stuck and can do literally nothing. what do?

At begging of game in basement, asking mom to do chores locks me out of game.
She responses by saying nothing at this time therefor can not progress. If I try to go somewhere else
I am told to go see mom.

man I miss this game. By the way, am I the only one who doesn't want to choose? I don't mind choosing to be honest but I just feel like I want to have them all. Anyways awesome update
