That cheat mode comes with the original game and works 100%. All it does is providing maximum money and it enables you to skip minigames, so you won't have to do them if you don't want. It's meant for those who replay the game, so you can really use it without any issues.

No, there's no need in the official cheat mode. Dexterity only causes problems if you fiddle with it via the console like adding it before you could usually get there ingame. In that case you may indeed lock yourself out of Jenny's story.

I have just been assuming it, its been foreshadowed enough in her dialogue when you have sex with her. I figure when any character gets an update from here on it will include their pregnancy.
