For people having crashes go to windows device manager and disable vJoy Device under Human Interface Devices. This made the game stop crashing for me. Alternatively, if you have a controller connected, disconnect the controller, start the game, then connect the controller(might help if its the controller causing the crash[though I don't have a controller on hand to test this

You're not missing any. I'm like half sure the game comes with all the scenes unlocked from the start even if you haven't beaten the stages.
But yeah, the alignment is pretty fucked up. They could have cut the length down by one and had a perfect 6x4. Instead they've just got a 7x3 with three extra tacked on at the bottom.
