Is there a Mavel based game like this?

Closest you can get is Rogue Like, and that is still at a very early stage (with only 3 or 4 girls) and it progresses at a snail's pace thanks to the developer's pigheadness, although it is his right to be pig headed about hsi project.
The good side, however, is that the game is very moddable and has a very active and willing modding community in the Rogue Like thread here in f95zone.

He does, the money is to keep him working full time on SU and hire others for his secondary games, like the Scooby-Doo one that will be released full. I don't understand what is the problem here.

The problem is that he barely does any work. There is artwork that we saw in streams six months ago that still isn't in the game. We know it's done, it's just not in the game. Every character but Lois, Harley and and Mercy have all reached a particular point, and nothing more has been added because he's too busy adding more and more characters. He promised animations, and recently reneged on them instead deciding to do animations like a flip book, thus virtually eliminating a huge part of his workload. There is content that was supposed to be added two updates ago, that we know is finished, that was listed in the notes for the new release, and was not in the actual game. The problem is that he's making around $120,000 a year before Patreon's cut and has put out fuck all to show for it.

Wow, you must have pledged him quite a bit to have this much righteous fury over his so called "barely any work". I mean, I don't personally like his method of doing a little bit for multiple characters instead of adding content in a more linear and straightforward way, I think his method isn't very effective,

He is reasonably consistent as far as someone with no real accountability and who is doing this by himself can be. Plus, I don't give him shit so I am hardly one to talk since I enjoy his stuff for free.

At the end of the day he gets paid willing donations and he can only work so much. There is no point in living to work. Just because someone is getting paid doesn't mean they have to work at it every hour of the day, even "real jobs" have limited working hours.

Aside from probably WW and Terra:
-Sunsetriders was working on Killer Frost x Henchwomen (including Mercy) during streams so we will probably see that.
-The latest asset pack had pictures with a maid outfit for Audrey so we MIGHT see that (but not everything makes it into the game). No bitching if it's not there.
-Smokeshank was teasing Raven content (BJ/sex) before 2.16 came out but who knows what the status on that is. Don't expect it.
-Lots of bugs.

Update will drop around 9pm Central time, tonight. People will complain and bitch and then bitch some more but you can't satisfy everyone but then again most people are entitled little twats so fuck them. If you want to be an adult then I will point you towards the Discord. Sunset has always been more than happy to talk with you.

Either way there is some good stuff in this update and should be pretty hefty. This will not be a 10 minute one and done update. There is some replayability and it should have you talking to everyone in the game at the moment to see what's new.
