Most of it is screenshots from this game because we can't do save files to relive conversations in real time. Almost 10 gigs, and the man has never received one cent from me in commission work or patreon.

'Fair' is a bullshit word. A politician's word. A word that exists so guys like you can sit at your desk and have some benchmark to complain about. There is no fairness in porn games and animation. If there was then guys like SR7 would be held to greater transparency for the ~10k you say he earns a month; and there'd be a commensurate transfer of wealth for the value crooks like me get from all the art and gaming assets he's made. Idk how many people have downloaded this game's versions over the years, but if they have ten versions on their history like I know I have then they are monthly benefactors, and since the US is 325,700,000 (that's over 325 million) people it's not hard to imagine a piddling little number like 10,000 download it like clockwork. Asking a dollar from them all per version don't strike me as much at all. Maybe the number of downloads is actually much larger, and the man earns half or maybe even 10% of what he deserves. Things would be different if this were a fair world.

But we don't live in that world so people, who pay more than they reasonably should, complain because they feel they're owed something extra for the money they voluntarily dish out, and people like me keep our heads down, popping up occasionally to give the valid criticism or heartfelt praise, to the man who gives us something we hold in value while he receives nothing from us in return.

Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going back to my game. I owe a fella screenshots of dialogue between Killer Frost and the other henchwomen, and I suspect the screenshots of those images will bring me right up to my full 10GB...

There's no such a thing everyone who supports Sunset supports him and not the game, again patreon pays people and not games, and even so it's a patronage system, not a contracted service.

This is actually hilarious to me. You enjoy the game, and yet you're ideologically opposed to holding the guy up to any standards, despite the fact that holding him to some standards will incentivize him to actually produce more content that you claim to enjoy?

The guy gets $10k a month, bro. He's not getting that money cause people think his eyes are pretty, he's getting that money to produce more of this game and other art. His amount of product has decreased despite the fact that he's been getting more money. You really don't see a problem with this?

Is there a Mavel based game like this?

Closest you can get is Rogue Like, and that is still at a very early stage (with only 3 or 4 girls) and it progresses at a snail's pace thanks to the developer's pigheadness, although it is his right to be pig headed about hsi project.
The good side, however, is that the game is very moddable and has a very active and willing modding community in the Rogue Like thread here in f95zone.

The problem is that he barely does any work. There is artwork that we saw in streams six months ago that still isn't in the game. We know it's done, it's just not in the game. Every character but Lois, Harley and and Mercy have all reached a particular point, and nothing more has been added because he's too busy adding more and more characters. He promised animations, and recently reneged on them instead deciding to do animations like a flip book, thus virtually eliminating a huge part of his workload. There is content that was supposed to be added two updates ago, that we know is finished, that was listed in the notes for the new release, and was not in the actual game. The problem is that he's making around $120,000 a year before Patreon's cut and has put out fuck all to show for it.

Wow, you must have pledged him quite a bit to have this much righteous fury over his so called "barely any work". I mean, I don't personally like his method of doing a little bit for multiple characters instead of adding content in a more linear and straightforward way, I think his method isn't very effective,

He is reasonably consistent as far as someone with no real accountability and who is doing this by himself can be. Plus, I don't give him shit so I am hardly one to talk since I enjoy his stuff for free.

At the end of the day he gets paid willing donations and he can only work so much. There is no point in living to work. Just because someone is getting paid doesn't mean they have to work at it every hour of the day, even "real jobs" have limited working hours.
