How do I make a reservation in the restaurant ?!? Everytime i go there i have two options-out and wait..I bought the suit,and tried different days,still cant get in the restaurant ?!?

The reservation is automatic, you just need to go there at the right time on SATURDAY night, I think its 20 or 21 (I forget exactly) and you should get the option to go in with Mom.

In the overnight meeting with Mom, where you see her in the corridor, there is a scene with the neighbors coming over because they heard a "noise". Looks like a promise of more with the neighbors, swapping or something, is there more to this than the original scene? I encountered it once, but never seen more happen yet. Not sure if it matters, I was on Mom's original route.

When in doubt, check SOB (v 0.21)\assets\standalone_content\pic\unique_npc to check if there's more content.

Noob question:
The walkthrough of the alternate route of the mom tells:
"NOTE: Main's Depravity should be reckless, Mom's attitude should be ready for anything."
The depravity of the mom is actually "The whore of Babylon" ( the max of depravity I guess) and her attitude is "Ready for anything" but when Shurik asks me to watch my mom, I always refuse so I'm blocked.
I had to start this route when her depravity was not so high? Reckless is less than Whore of Babylon, right?

It's not your MC refusing but that he doesn't have an opportunity at that moment. You need to see her fucking her boyfriend and then talk to Shurik after 9pm, that should give you the right window.
