As far as I know, none of the scenes in the rape path have internal pops. (Maybe the first one in the Park does? Don't remember.) It's all face and mouth finishes.

Okay thats good now you need to get to the point when she is crying cause of her boyfriend and beat him up than she is yours, after that moring event will trigger
OK so for the alternate route- after you catch mom drinking 3 times, she loses her job at the company. There's no difference in images or anything to suggest that it's different dialogue, so you'll probably skip past it if you're not looking for it.
If you go to the stripclub and request private dances 10 times, you will meet Dima, the owner. In this conversation, he will say something that english readers are supposed to interpret as "fight 5 dudes in the park" (the dialogue didn't imply well, and finding it required following a bunch of russian language variables in the .qsp)- so, you have to unlock Elsa (follow mother's ex-boss home, see Elsa there. In school, meet her in the hallway from 17:00-18:59 to get the "have to think" dialogue).
Then, start walking in the park and beating up gopniks until you meet Brick (It's likely that it only requires that you beat up 5 of the guys but not actually meet Brick, but I saw the same variable attached to both so it's a good metric at any rate).
The next time you drink with Dima, he'll request that you find him strippers. So, you wait for Mom to get drunk again and offer her the strip job.
The next day, between 14:00 and 19:00, you go back to the club for the audition. And, from there, she's a stripper.
At this point there are basically three things you can do:
1. At exactly 20:00, if you go to the dressing room with arousal > 80, you can drag her into a bathroom for a blowjob.
2. from 21:00 onward, you can "Find mom" and watch her doing a dance in a cage.

1. I found some files with some tony scenes. Where do i find this Tony? How do i trigger his events? i understood that i need to owe him money.
2. How do i trigger the events about mom´s boss? What do i need to do? Saw some old posts but i didn´t understand what i'm supposed to do, especially cause i'll need this to start a path with his daughter.

First, it appears that with this version of the game you can cheat stats and have all Eugene content available on a single save. I can do all the 1:1 stuff, all the stuff with Oksana, and I'm progressing the stripper path now. It appears Mom got fired (she's no longer at the office when you go visit), but I did not see any dialogues or anything, and no matter how many Obstinate Gopniks I slay in the park, Dima never asks me about getting new talent. I think I've gone to him five or six times and gotten 'Plunk', and then the booze starts flowing, and that's it.

If you choose to beat the boss mom forbid to do that so you can find him on evening in Buisness center, follow him and you will see the blond entering the car (unlock Elsa). I didn't check second option, but if I do that I will let you know.
