I played both routes so I could see all the content, but prefer the non NTR path. This update is pure NTR. Hope the dev doesn't abandon the non NTR route, if he does alot of players will drop support. I have a bad feeling, because of the dialogue once they get home about getting hate from fans about the NTR stuff, even going so far as to be insulting towards them, which definitely isn't a good sign. Seems like the writing on the wall, but I guess we'll see in the next update how it goes.

The primary protagonists can avoid incest if mom and son are not addressed when asked how they refer to one another, but some text feels awkward with default naming. Similarly, you can ignore ntr, but you can not in Chapter 6; it is a stand-alone chapter, so it is hard to predict if the developer will continue on the love route in future updates because 1on1 is planned with both of them but it didn't happen in ch6. However, since it is a porn based game, there will not be much content if you avoid playing it.
Edit:- According to his most recent post on his patreon, Ch7 will be the love route, he will now release standalone ch. for both routes.

I don't mind NTR as long as it's not degrading and we get a chance to "reclaim" our love interest afterwards. I wonder if this is just another game in which the MC is a total loser.

To some extent it's because it didn't start out that way. I was a Patreon for a while since I like the anal focus it had. But all of a sudden it turned all NTR all the way. And you had the main characters going on and on and on about the beauty and sanctity of NTR, how liberating it was and how you grew as a person and a couple and on and on it went.
You felt like you had landed in a blend of a sermon and a time-share pitch.
