Real life is such a mess that no matter who undertook trying to fix it gave up in the end. It is an almost unchanged original ЭТО code. And ЭТО itself was a huge damn mess. If you want to play RL part you can just play GirlLife instead. Not exactly the same, but pretty much everything salvagable is still there.
The more lustful your female character is, the more opportunities for work and gifts you will have.
However, being a female in Real World leads to a dead end story-wise, indeed. It's much more convenient to use the original games for the same female content (can't remember the titles, sorry)

The combat system itself is extremely confusing. I'm not sure how it works exactly, but something like this may help:
You need to start casting some basic spells, then after the second/third cast you'll be able to switch to specialization school of magic. Next you need to cast something once or twice from this specific school, and only then you'll be able to cast higher level spells if you have enough mana.
Also, you spells 'level up' when you cast them, so they become more powerful.

Easier, a question was asked and it was answered. Sorry if your reading comprehension isn't up to par.
You need the QSP app for android. Not sure which one is better, the official one or the one on github. Download the pack here (images + qsp file), then load the qsp file with the app.
Unfortunately, qsp isn't that optimized for android so not everything works. You can get random errors or actions don't work.
It depends. First you need to increase the magic stat to 9 or 10 by meditation (e.g. by being a guard and meditating in your free time)
Then you need to visit local inquisition (forgot how they were called).
Then progress through the training of the basic magic spells, and eventually you'll get to the second level of scholarship and receive a certificate to learn an elemental school of magic of your choice.
Then rinse and repeat.
There is also a cave (in the desert, I guess) that allows you to get a certificate to learn another school of magic.
If you learn all 4 schools of magic in Inquisition, you'll be expelled.
There are some events and characters that can teach you magic (e.g. an evening girl in the tavern in Futa-city).
