While I only played the Dom path with Charlie so far, my main suggestion to improve the game would be edit down some of the longer dialog. While I try not too (since I can guess the amount of time it took to write), I still started skipping over some of the Charlie dialog to see the my choices at the bottom.

Gay guy here who's neither into bara nor furry, so my options regarding porn games are rather limited. I also find incest disgusting, limiting my choice to only a select few games. So for me, playing sissification games is more of a cope than anything. Luckily the feminization part doesn't turn me off that much.

I'm only into women, but when I see a gay game scrolling through everything in Latest it's always Bara. The best chance for the mlm who aren't into bara on here are games with character customization. I think there's an ok amount of other stuff, but I don't think I'm supposed to suggest other games here. Search function might return some good lists of games for you?
Yes, that's definitely a problem. Maybe my imagination is just weirdly effective but I can work with games where the MC is still a guy in his mind. Still not as good as a nice "normal" dude or twink of course...
