Ummm so is there anyway the dev can change the younger girls' age to 18 or above?
Have the ages of any of the characters been established officially so far? Also most anime females always look disproportionately younger than their "actual ages". Also the rule specifically targets "sexual contact with realistic or semi-realistic character(s) who show no sign of puberty" and since none of the girls (imo) look even semi-realistic and the younger girls also have breast which is a sign of puberty it might not be an issue.

No it isn't an issue. I've played it and the sister with the green hair looks to be about or older than 15 years of age. Merriam-Webster dictionary defines puberty as "the age at or period during which the body of a boy or girl matures and becomes capable of reproducing." In order to reproduce, the girls need breasts to feed a baby, a wider hip and matured vaginal area for childbirth. As for the guys, it's facial and body hair, broader chests, testes descended, larger penis, and more muscle development. As long as the characters in sexual situations show most of those signs and look older than about 12 years of age, it is allowed.

Ya it even says so in game haha. If you go into the info about the female characters it will say one is 15 and the other is 16 or somewhere around that age. I do not know about the legality of this but I feel people who play this game in the US can get in big trouble for playing games where it clearly states that the characters are underage.
I noped the fuck out and deleted the game as soon as I saw the ages haha. I dont want the feds after me.

What about the age stated in game? Two of them are below 18 - wont this be a big issue since the age of consent in the US is 18? Is it not going against 18 U.S.C. Section 2256(8)(C)? I know this doesnt cause a problem in cartoon depictions where a age is not clearly stated - but the developer did put forth a clear age for two of the females that fall below 18.
The age of consent in the U.S. actually varies state to state the most common being 16yrs in about ~30 of our 50 states. Although as far as pornographic depictions go that is a federal matter and any person(s) involved are required to be at least 18yrs of age. As for my self i didn't notice the info panel when i played but i'll take your word for it and since it actually states an age younger than 18 that would make this game illegal in the U.S.. That being said it still doesn't break the site rules as they only pertain to the looks of the character, but you are right the dev should change the ages to avoid any legal issues if his game ever came under that kind of scrutiny.

Ya by the looks of it the game looks quite fun but I dont want to risk it. I will wait until the dev decides to change the age.
