I can't progress with Shego's storyline. It's stuck at "one more night should break her" but it never happens. Same with going to Kim's house.

Try approaching Shego during the day in the backyard. I think that did the trick for me.

You can still continue the quests if you keep checking the mall and going to school/other places like the beach regularly. Shego in particular is a mixture of right timing and location at your home.

That sounds like your files are corrupted or something like that
