1) there is yellow overlay over her name if 14 days haven't past or your house upgrades are too low for her. Green overlay is for girls that are already paid for the next scene and are available. Red is for the ones that are unavailable. Those with no overlay, 14 days has past and you'll need to pay for the scene.

2) I already coded that in. It's in the upcoming update. Soon. You'll see her characteristics in conversation.

3) For that i need to find some good mechanic. I want for the player to explore a little and try it out, but guessing till you get it right isn't a good idea as you said. Maybe i'll make that your assistant gives you tips and hints on how much should who earn. Or just code in some indicators when placing an ad. I don't know, we'll see.

For item #3, and this may be too complicated, but you could always post a range of potential salaries, and then have a RNG aspect is the hiring market is "good" or "bad". A bad hiring market means salaries would be on the upper end, etc. Or maybe a major studio is expanding or filming a major picture so the filmers are in short supply, etc.

One last thing (sorry, just thought of this) is there any specific place that's better to hire certain women than others? MILF's seem very, very rare in my game, or else I just have too low stat's to get most of them, so thought I'd ask. I have ~20 women on call and only two of them are MILF's.

No, there isnt a spot where milfs are more frequent. I could make bar a place that will have a higher chance of spawning milfs. Library for teens then i guess. If you have real trouble finding them place an ad.
I'm just about to release 0.51 (today or tomorrow), so everything above will have to wait for the next one.

I am very pleased with this update however I have found a few bugs...

1. Girls who steal from you and some who give you STDs are not automatically deleted anymore from your list not sure if that is intentional...

2. If you get a girl preggers instead of paying for it you click the X and it acts like you never got her knocked up at all and keep your money..

3. Not a bug.... I don't think but doing stat rise activities still says it gives you +1 stress when it does not...

As a follow up to my previous feelsgood post, I can see where the artwork is going. The dev clearly has the basic art framework nailed so any additions (pregnancy, visible scars, visible diseases or any other external modification) could be easily added to the base model.

What I would like to see in the future is if the dev can link stats and attributes to the external appearance, for example a very beautiful person could have a more detailed model or a person with the dumb trait could have it's face less detailed, like an oaf. But in the end, I'd rather see more content added, as well as a basic story (such as why the dude wants to start a porno gig, did something happen to his earlier life etc.)

I don't want the MC to have a backstory per se, rather an overall story. It could have to do anything from rival porno studios to the corrupt cops you meet that extort you or some pissed off rich mob boss whose daughter you took a porno video of.

Next update will be some stories. Don't expect game of thrones or something, more like stupid porn plots. You probably already encountered few of those "unique" girls around but couldnt progress with them. In next update you will be able to.
It'll go in 3 steps and you'll have to fulfill certain reqs, like having 10 fitness to go to the next step. At the end you'll decide if you want to make her a pornstar or employ her to receive a bonus feat. For expample, having a chick from the gym will let you train girls much faster.
This way i can add new chicks almost every update since there are so many possibilities. It will also shift focus from the grind a little.

I could also expand the events that are now and add more of them. I didnt have time for even think what else could i include.
Now there are only bad events, adding few that would benefit you isnt such a bad idea. Maybe force you to go outside of your house at certain time to do some shit.
Since the next update (0.6) is the "story" update, bring your ideas for the events. Not the kind that will lead you to the journey of your life, rather some quick shit that can be sorted out in few lines. I can add them pretty easily.
