Haven't finished it yet, but it's pretty well written in an unsettling sort of way.
And no viruses for people wondering. It's just a false-positive. And for the pop-up to the browser that one user had, the dev most likely forgot to disable the imagebutton equivalent of the engine they used, so clicking on that part of the screen likely hit the button underneath it.

I get it now. The plot twist is that you install this game, said virus infects your PC and your PC becomes the paralysed patient in real life. All the while the virus is fucking you. Next level diabolical.!!!!!

Basically hard to define this game. It's a typical clicker for 30-40 minutes max with lacks more story control, I've done 2 attempts and there's only one ending. The biggest plus is the meta story told in this novella, it gives you something to think about.
Is the game worth playing? That depends, I personally wouldn't play a second time. End rating: a strong 3/5, I suggest adding the "WTF" tag, for a large number of people the story will be too strong.
