Tried this before, word of warning if the game ever offers to skip content do not do it. Skipping content stops the event from triggering so all events in the plotline afterwards are gonna be absent. There's multiple plotlines so you can keep going elsewhere but you can miss the entire office plotline by saying no to one prompt.
