This is true only if you have already done the scene the first time during the Nadine quest. It's one of the few scenes in the game you can repeat. If you haven't done Nadine's quest to the point where you get this the first time then you can visit her in this room every day for eternity and never see this scene.

It seems to me a lack of respect and professionalism that you give your word that it will leave from 21 to 27 "sure" "if or if" and you delay after already to see delayed the patch and you take it out in September.
