Are you referring to the cousin handjob scene that force exits to the menu? If so, have you tried getting rid of your hard-on before going to bed? You can also force fast forward time in the top left. If you fast forward the time past 4am, the MC will force go to bed and not dream, therefore skipping the cousin HJ scene.
