the first NPC i walked up to said that her dialog was still being transfered?
how does this have LESS Content than it used too?

Dev is tinkering with the dialog system. He converted a few characters and the rest are dead souls/useless dummies. Maybe I'd better upload an older version back. This is basically unplayable.
