I'm using a i5 laptop with 4 GB ram and no dedicated graph card. Win 10. I have no problem playing this game. Must be a problem with your system .

Because "work in progress" means that content hasn't been created/implemented yet, so there's nothing there, hence you can't go there. They're placeholders until that content gets added.

The next update is only 60% complete according to their site and patreon, but that's it in terms of a "when" for updates so there's some time to wait.

Right click on the Milfy City app. Select "Show Package Contents". Open Contents, Resources, autorun. Put patch.rpy in game.

Well, even ancient 1.73 GHz Dual core laptop with 2GB RAM, integrated gc and Windows XP handles this one without problems.
