Several languages in the game is good, but automatic translation is very bad, especially for Russian. It is in your English language everything is so bad that there are no cases and declensions, the address you or you have a meaning and difference, as well as the gender of the character is important. Pardon my English translated through a translator.

Slower than expected, new update is in progress, just posted on Patreon a few minutes ago. Some medical stuff, some other things, but the TL;DR is "very soon," and "nearly done," with most things for the next update.

Played through Milfy Cases today. The Android port mistakenly called Mary ‘Mom’ and the girls sisters, while the PC version doesn’t. This story definitely isn’t written with other relationships in mind, so just wanted to put that out there. I think the developer removed it on PC at some point. I refrained from doing a full review since this is a piece of a product and I am still on the fence about things. Either way, I’ll write down my opinion piece as feedback to the developer.
Milfy Cases is in a weird place. I can definitely tell the developer is trying to make a big effort with the game. Yet things feel off or at the very least inconsistent. Hopefully the developer can straighten things out as he goes, because there is potential for having something fun here.
STORY Talking animals, predatory streamers, fantasist MC named Chad. Mily Cases is silly. Or at the very least, it tries to be. You’re a young photographer fapping in a cabin and then suddenly, seemingly out of nowhere, all hell breaks loose. Your landlady (who you distrust) offers to take you in her house with two young, curious streamers already staying there. Your photographic skills could benefit the women and that’s where the mutual connection is.
Although that overarching plot sounds like it would work, it often clashes in tone with itself - resorting to unnecessary monologues, characters acting out of role just to help the story further. You eventually realize Milfy Cases is also trying to be coy and silly, but part of the humor gets lost in the conflicting dialog. When the story does work, however - it’s fun. Squirrel put a smile on my face and breaking the fourth wall shows that the writer understands these concepts, but putting them together effectively is a different skill altogether.
People might say the story is non-existent, which is simply not true. It’s cloudy and hard to pinpoint because of the inconsistent communication. Your roommates will have ulterior motives and even Mary seems to draw from a deeper feeling. Everything just feels very random due to the silly nature the characters interact. One moment, Shakespeare is referenced as in the next moment, you hear animals bidding for their lives. It tries to be ‘Deadpool’ silly and it can be, but the plot will need more work and most importantly - consistency in dialog needs to be improved.
There’s a small hint of where the story will go - but we can’t tell as of yet. The game is self-referencing and it seems as if the writer wants to blur the lines between you and the MC. Are you seeing things? Aren’t you seeing things? It’s a fun concept, but get conflicting easily which is why clear communication is so important. There’s also the matter of overextending dialog to the point where I clicked more than a dozen times for a simple piece of conversation that doesn’t benefit the story much. Condensed storytelling is an art and I hope the developer can find more of it for future releases. It leaves more room for funny jokes and silly moments too.
In the end, I enjoyed my time with Milfy Cases. No idea why it is called Milfy Cases (other than Mary potentially being a MILF if she has kids), but time will tell. This is a porn game and porn logic is on order, but that doesn’t mean the characters shouldn’t make a little sense. Especially when a story is silly, the character writing needs to be strong or the whole thing feels thrown together. I’m convinced the developer is trying his best to get the best product he can deliver, however.
PRESENTATION The overall quality of the renders is good, above average I would say. There is somewhat of a lifeless expression in the women at times and facial animations as well as hands don’t always feel realistic - but with a silly story you tend to forgive a lot more. I do like how the dev is tackling different locations and showing the characters around in different situations. That works great and blank stares aside, the models look attractive and realistic.
I do feel that slowdowns in a Ren’Py game are unacceptable at 1080p. This is probably due to big video files for the animations, but both on android and pc it felt unnaturally slow clicking through Mary’s photoshoot. It even resulted in multiple crashes on Android. That’s something to take a look at, as the slowdown also occurred on my gaming PC. At 4GB, the game is unusually large for how small it is now. I downloaded the crunched version to see any difference and it just runs smoother. Hopefully that can be fixed as the game grows larger.
GAMEPLAY It’s a standard VN, so just choices on your path. It’s one path with basic variations if you become an asshole, but mostly this game wants you to play by the rules. One fun thing however is the developer uses some choices as a comedic release for story purposes. You wouldn’t ‘actually’ fart at your roommate in the bathroom, but it’s fun to select the option, see it happen and reroll to pick the better option. That’s a fun addition, just pissing people off before we move on with the story.
OVERALL Despite shortcomings, I do feel this universe could be fun and exciting if the developers gets into gears and leans in on the silliness of the universe. Expand it, make it define the universe. Silly fun and sexy scenes. Lean into the mystery element and just go crazy with it. For story alone you could skip this (for now), but if you’re a fap fap or just like silly gameplay with talking animals, you will like this.

Honestly I'm glad to see you're acknowledging my feeling of wanting to make big efforts because you can definitely tell when you're playing this game. That is the most important thing, to feel it's a work of love. My text is quite large because I hope it helps light on what 'weird place' meant for me, but if preferred I can offer it to you in a short version. Heck, I'll join your discord now to follow your journey on this.
The main thing to take away is - you're onto something here. If anything, let my message motivate you to continue and improve because the kind of humor you sometimes went for is complex - but really funny when executed well. Hell, the idea of animals being aware of their own sacrifice was dark and funny to me.
