Is it just me or the Items u use like handcuffs don't work at all? I need help

Unless there are changes with update, then:
SLEEPING PILLS: Click on the Window Curtain on the left of the window to get a look behind it and get the sleeping pills.
(Using it on her immediately will trigger the Sleeping Rape End Scene)

After all these years, I just figured out that knocking her up changes the ending image at the end of the normal route

Hello mates, could someone upload a guide to the different endings of the game? I mean what are the different item combinations or if they are from the non-rape route

Haven't tried the latest version but they are mostly 3 endings with different variation that I think depends on how good you made her feel before penetration (or using aphrodisiac).
1.) Sleeping Rape - Just put her to sleep with Sleeping Pills.
2.) Rape - Use Handcuffs on her, I believe you need both (on hands and feet) if you don't use the blackmail photos or aphrodisiac on her.
3.) Pleasure - Who needs to rape wamen? Make her fking want your dong like the Alpha that you are. Dunno the exact way to trigger but you'd to make her feel good (I believe there's not much an indicator for this) before leaving her house (and obviously if you didn't raped her like a second-rate alpha), all I can say is touch her enough without waking her up.
Rape and Pleasure have variants depending on her pleasure, Hate (Needs both handcuffs), Dislike, Enduring (Not sure about handcuffs but blackmail photos is used for dislike and enduring, probably would need a handcuff on her hands at least) and Enjoy for Rape (Probably needs aphrodisiac) , Normal, Teasing, Horny, and Hot and Exiciting for Pleasure (Good luck trying to figure out how to trigger them Pleasure variants xD). (You can see this in the Text Folder of the game).
VARIATIONS I THINK ONLY DIFFERS MUCH IN DIALOGUE.
ALSO THIS SHOULD BE RENAMED AS HOT OL (OFFICE LADY) NEXT DOOR SINCE SHE'S A MOTHER BEFORE YOU DID HER (IIRC SHE'S MARRIED BUT WITHOUT A KID, BUT THE GAME WAS UPDATED AND MAYBE FIXED THAT TOO.)

Just made an updated apk of the 2021 version, took the base apk of a site named
Site seems "legal" on the context of legal porn, the apk itself works fine tho my version needs some more intensive testing.
It has the watermark of the site I downloaded the base apk, if someone wants to delete the watermark please do and upload the updated apk here again (it is annoying to see it on every start-up)
If someone has some doubts about the apk please feel free to test it on a closed enviroment (Virtual machine + android emulator)
Also, on the drive link is the decompiled version of the app in a zip file (inner files of the apk, .smali codes, etc) in case someone wants to either delete the watermark or just see the code
Last but not least, updated the dialog because it made my eyes bleed everytime I played the game, damn developer, English isn't even that hard

All the text files that correspond to the history (may it be the actual gameplay or the sexual talk ones) also fixed some errors on one .smali (don't remember the exact one tho) but as I said on the other topic of niicri, the only thing that's left is delete the watermark

Smali code eh? What was that error? I didn't care enough to look into those files & just built it tweaking around for performance, screen & disabling that watermark.

Mmmmm, if I recall well there was a missing symbol on one of the smalis, don't think it really affected much (as the apk worked well) but I like it when code doesn't show any error, besides from that nothing more
Also, is your version updated to the 2021 upgrade? Just asking as the one I modified ended being like 120 MBs and seeing yours it is 104, I assume it is better optimization but yeah, just curious
Edit: also feel free to modify the apk on any way you want, maybe getting the modified txt in case you need them
