They rape her during fight. It's one of their skills.. different enemies have different sex related attacks...
If she loses her virginity, your locked out of the lover ending... if you fail missions too often you'll get expelled and be locked out of the true ending. To get pregnant it's locked behind the failing and the more you fail, the worse the ending gets, but the road to the worst ending is where pregnancy
