To me Cassie seems like the right choice, the body proportions and skin color match very well.
This would also explain why she knows the MC and where he lives.
Also it could be a fun twist where Cassie works together with Claire, which would explain why Claire seems so involved.

I don't believe it is either Emma or Mom, bust size MUCH smaller than those two (yes could be compressed, but still with their busts they couldn't be THAT compressed (unless Faerin goofed))
Eyes are different (contacts I know).
Mom is allegedly in bed (but room is locked, gee if we only had a key to check on her). E
It's obviously someone who knows him though, there was too much recognition in their tone.

Hmm, new family member... Lets go way off base, and get a wrong answer out of the way- Father's girlfriend when MC stopped staying with him, has now broken up with Father and is available (or has NOT broken up with father, but still stopped by to see how MC was doing in new town...)

Seriously, the appearance of the note is the most worrying. MC's room looks like an interior bedroom (no visible window, but could have one if non-visible wall is same outside wall as bathroom; bathroom and Ashley's room both have windows opposite doors, making them 90 degrees from each other), so either someone in family put the note in the room FOR her, or she spent way too much stalker time learning about MC..

Okay time for my new theory regarding Urban Angel after this update I think we can rule out Aunt Emma I know a lot of you are doing to disagree with me but my beer fuelled mind has got to thinking. In the previous update MC got to kiss Urban Angel with his eyes closed he described the kiss in great detail lips being soft etc his senses where heightened with his eyes being closed and he was kissing Urban Angel so he would remember every sensation he felt.
In this update Aunt Emma leaned over him and he said she smelled gorgeous or words to that effect he was close to Emma and remarked on how good she smelled he was just as close to Urban Angel in fact closer with his eyes shut and not once did he remark about how good she smells even if he did notice a smell and didnt say anything about it I am sure he would recognised the same smell when Emma reached over him and commented on it, he didnt in my beer fuelled mind this rules her out as an Urban Angel candidate.
I still think its either Linda or Gym girl as Cassie and Megan have the wrong body proportions and I think Faerin has other plans for Pam.
One last thing it could be the MILF from the pizza run as it seemed she was the one the guys where attacking in the alley she may not have been wearing the suit ran away changed came back and frightened the thugs away although I dont ever remember MC giving her his name.

I think Emma or Mom.

Its someone who knows him by name, can get into his apartment (needs a key or someone to let her in, no mention of breaking into his room through a window), paid attention enough to him to know where he is most nights.

Mom and Emma are not accessible at night. I at first thought it was Mom but her super strength would be noticed at home. But a massage therapist at a gym could blend in a bit better.

I picked Emma mostly because when I asked for a date she declined because what felt like her saying no because the characters are related. Only one left the MC has not done anything with is Emma.

By the time you get Urban Angel's kiss with your eyes closed, you're MC is probably already having sex with in entire household. That's not happening yet with Emma (..at the time of writing: v0.8.1b) because there's just no content available yet with sex acts with her. The same can be said to most of present characters.

This is why I'm hoping to be a totally New in the game!

It is also an opportunity to create a breadcrumb mini-game to find who she really is.
ie.: finding out how she knows the MC name; how she was able to break-in his house and leave a note (...well, this is an easy one... she has superpowers and we don't know the extent of them, so...); we could also get sex acts with her while still covering her identity as bonuses for finding those breadcrumbs... anyway... I think it's an awesome opportunity for the dev team to really build on the game and even introduce new areas, cities and a bunch of new places to go and things to do to break the possible monotony of the grind in the game.

If you guys did try to make another clear playthrough, then you'd obviosuly find out that its Claire. There was a note about that during one of the weekend breakfasts with her blushing during superhero talk. Plus, the poses on pics are nearly the same.

Her's blushing could mean that she knows who the Urban Angel is and has conspired with her (for example) to get you that note you got from her in your room. That would actually be a very plausible explanation!

I know alot of people have talked about this topic 72 pages of comments but my thoughts on this matter need to be told.

I am thinking Angel is Claire/Mom no doubt heres my reasons.

1.) her bedroom is locked at night and first time you see her is by 6am.
2.) she works at a major R&D company that has to have a keycard to go to the invention space
3.) the suit Angel wears seems to be like a few real comic characters and could be cybernetic hence the powers she has
4.) she always gets distracted when someone talks about Angel
5.) claire/mom is extremely well in shape and flexibility due to her workouts.

for my final reason i wanted to seperate it from the rest because it is one the best reasons.
6.) Claire is a motherof 3 kids think if you lived in a town that was crime riddled and worked at a company that deals with cybernetics that came up with a supersuit you would probably steal it yourself to defend your kids life.

Well after this Update we can safely say that it isnt any of the MCs family so that leaves The Milf, Fitness Girl, Linda, Cassie, Meghan or Pam. It is looking more like Linda because after this update she seems to be getting a more prominent role and now Mike owes her a favour which could be not to reveal her identity when Urban Angel is finally unmasked, as for the suit we also now know its just a suit and its the person thats superpowered.
There are still so many questions left but we are a little closer to knowing

Just my opinion though. Not trying to claim any of this is the defacto truth except for the stuff about what we learned in the recent update.

Okay this is in my Drunken mind funny I seem to have a bit more clarity with beer but I will counter some of your assumptions with some of my own.
We know for certain that it isnt Mom Veronica Sophia Ashley and Amy as these where the options to take Urban Angel on a date and none of them where correct.
We now know now that it is nanites that give Urban Angel her strength and not the suit.
We cant really assume the ages of the characters but I did like that and who knows the nanites might halt the ageing process or accelerate it who knows (I can show you a 70 year old singer who really doesnt look 70

We know its not Emma because that would mean that the videos watched where showing Moms dad and your Grandfather so I honestly dont think she is an option as it would be her Father as well
We know the nanites improve physical performance but do they improve physical stature as in bust size and general physique I am not so sure so for me that rules Cassie out. (I maybe wrong here but dont think I am they seem to enhance healing and strength)
Linda I tend to agree with you on everything you said I would also like to add that unless Faerin is following the Superman/Supergirl path where a pair of glasses makes you unrecognisable to the rest of the populace I now think she is an outsider as someone in Cydroid would have recognised her before now and she likes to make the MC squirm making me think she is more of a Dominatrix than anything else.
Here is my theory based on a lot of alcohol and probably thinking too deep into it but here goes the scientists name was Rousso names over the years have evolved or devolved depending on your point of view according to records apparently Trump has evolved from Drumph please dont attack me its only an example and not a political statement.
Russo is an Italian surname to put another O in there wouldnt really be a problem as the surname evolved Italians are synonymous with Ice cream parlours or pizzerias Pam works at a pizzeria she also works for her Uncle not her father who she cant work for as he is locked away she also has the same physique as Urban Angel so I am actually going for Pam.
This is just my drunken point of view but it seems to make sense to me anyway

I still think Cassie's bust size (if she is Angel) could be explained away rather easily with either (A) a padded or push up bra or (B) a little extra padding or a shelf built into the interior lining of the suit itself. Both options are fairly common in women's clothing and do a good job of enhancing and accentuating a woman's bust. Plus, Cassie isn't exactly lacking in bustiness. Her chest isn't as pronounced as a few of the other characters, but she's still got a healthy sized rack.

As for the ages thing...
Outliers do exist for sure, but most people's faces tend to show their age pretty accurately.
I've yet to run across a teenager I thought looked 50, or someone in their 40s that I mistook for a 10 year old. Most people have a decent internal barometer for just instinctively knowing roughly how old someone is. It's one of the reasons cops in the real world still ask witnesses to guess how old they think a suspect might have be. So going off the appearance of a character, I think, to make a rough estimate of their age is a perfectly valid argument.

He may be a little older than I initially gave him credit for. I'll go back and edit my other post to show mid to late 40s instead.
But you have to admit, this does not look like some old fogey scientist.
I'd say that this dude at most is right around Claire's age.
Using that as a benchmark we can make some further educated-guesses.

There is no way a simple pair of glasses will make her look young enough to be Russo's daughter. It's just not happening. Easily in her mid 30s, probably closer to her early 40s.

Then we have your girl

And on this one I will admit I was way off in my original guess at her age.
Think I was get her and a character from another game mixed up in my head.
Pam is almost certainly somewhere in her early to mid 20s, and that would lump her into the appropriate age range for Angel.
Those working hours though dude. 11 am until 1am.
14 hours a day straight through, 7 days a week, and while Pam is happily keeping shop in the pizzeria from 10pm until 1am Urban Angel is already out on patrol.
She does get super excited when the MC asks her if she's seeing anyone though, like she's waiting for him to ask her out. So maybe we'll get to see some content with her later, but as Urban Angel? I'm still not convinced on that.
