There is a bug known in this part, I also had it and it was difficult to find something that would make it back to normal.
It was something that the game gave error did not register. If you want to post your save file so I can try to fix it for you.

Your Charisma probably isnt high enough to drink with her have you bought the aftershave from the Mall and also been to the Gym and used the Tanning booths to raise it

There was a bug that put you in a constant loop with Amy that was in Version 0.83 it has since been repaired and is no longer present in the current version

Yes. Both "Escape a robber" & "Defeat a robber" done.

You don't have Diane in your achievements, have you met her yet? If not then after completing Mom/Claire's date check your (fake) email on the PC then go to the elevator hallway at 8:00 to meet her (if she doesn't appear, try to pass the time in there until she does).

Leave your room through the door (click the arrow, don't use quick travel to leave) on a weekday at 15:00.
