I used my old save files after re-extracting the game. Now it's progressing just fine.

Oh and the only thing I change from the original compressed was the mapping for non-incest. Just telling in case it might help you guys with troubleshooting the game.

The mapping file wouldn't affect the gameplay since it's just a text file. All that does is changes the relationships with some of the girls (Claire, Ashley, Veronica and Emma).
Just thinking about that. Had a similar problem in the upper floor near MCs room. Problem was tempering with the time while standing in that room which caused the game to freeze up.
Either don't change time backwards via cheat menu or do it in your room.

Depends on the situation. For example, you wouldn't want to change the time back to 20:00 or 21:00 while standing in the hallway outside the MC's bedroom unless you need to do something with Claire or Ashley while they're in the bathroom. Likewise with standing outside Claire's and Veronica's bedroom doors at 22:00 or 23:00.
Yeah that's the point. In the end, if you play the game the first time, you may not notice that beforehand.
So it is always better to do it in your room, even though the possibility of freezes are rare. Losing the progress due to a freeze is a bummer.

Or any other location in the apartment; like the foyer, kitchen or living room. That way you won't have to worry about which option to pick depending on the time and the girl that time frame is tied to in order to get passed having to choose an option to ignore it.

Potential stupid question, are all scenes animated or is it just some? On the title menu I see all the "preview" animations but in game for example when getting a HJ from Ashley watching porn its a like two frames repeating. So I am wondering if I need to fix anything or have not just come across an animated scene yet

It depends, I can't remember which ones were which, but they do improve considerably as he got better at it.
Once you get the proper animations, you should see a way to change the speed, but yeah, they early ones were more basic.

Your AMD card is pretty old and they are known to cause problems with game. Sometimes a downgrade or upgrade helps to fix the issue, but I see that you already have latest available drivers for your card.
So, there is not much you can try:
- Install DDU (

) and try a clean install of older drivers.- Install latest version of K-Lite Codecs (

)- Extract a fresh copy of the game on your desktop.
I am facing an issue with the phone option. I cannot see all the contacts in messages. To move forward in the game, i need to read the message from veronica but my messages screen does not have veronica as an option and there is no feature to search or scroll (see attachment). Can some onne help please?
