It's fair to say that I've arrived at Honey Select as a time-saving compromise to my original plan of hand-drawn art.
We have a frustrating relationship, but I'm happy with the results. As long as I can resist the urge to re-edit scenes. Like Lucas on meth.
I'm enjoying the writing far more, so maybe one day a real 3D artist will come along and we'll make beautiful, sexy games together (cue Disney music with strip club bass).

As a consumer, I feel like I must be one of the few people who prefers Honey Select to DAZ. If a developer really knows their way around DAZ and uses it really well, it can look fantastic. But a lot of the time the models fall into the uncanny valley or look lifeless, and the backgrounds/settings can look really half-baked unless a lot of effort is put into them.
I don't find that same problem with Honey Select as much. For me, as long as the story and dialogue are written well and the models have clearly been shown some love and attention, a game using Honey Select can be just as hot/engaging/etc. as a game using DAZ. I still consider the twins in Perverted Hotel to be the hottest characters out of any game I've played from this website, and that game uses Honey Select.
Just my 2 cents.

I must admit i feel the same about it. In that it comes down to the use of the tools. I'll also be the first to say that Honey Select has a 'look' that you have to fight against, or make it your own.
But, hands down, I play and appreciate far more HS games than not.

liked the start, just found it weird how the sister was so confrontational moments before and goes from there to having no problem sitting on MC's dick and showing her tits off to someone she is super ultra annoyed for being a complete pervert lately, even if you do apologize to her in the morning, but you get the same result if you don't. I understand that she loves her brother a lot and is worried about him, but I think she flipped too quickly, and the argument that she got saved don't really hold much water because MC had saved her from a much riskier situation before and she was still very annoyed about MC's behavior.
I understand the dev probably wanted to make the scene lewd, and I don't really care that much, it's a porn game after all, they all have porn logic, it was a good scene

Honey select females usually look alright it's most of those honey select males that need to be taken out back and shot like diseased dogs as most of them are ugly as fuck.

As far as I understand, there are two patches on Lewdpatcher. The one shown on the page is the one you'll need.
The other is hidden in the 'Show previous versions' link.
Right-click on the app, choose 'Show package contents' then navigate to Contents > Resources > Autorun > Game.
Drop the file into this Game folder.
I can't help but help you guys. And while I also have to admire the patcher's ability, I don't think any of you have thought this through.
You've no idea the things that they're going to do with each other. To each other. And with this patch applied? Well, don't come crying to me, that's all.

Seriously. It's a big driver in not showing the MC's face, and it's a huge negative, unless you want a male-free story. Even the limited clothes, lack of facial expressions and good mods are a real restriction and time-sink.
It's sexist, that's what it is.
Good to know that you didn't develop the story with incest in mind. I wish all the pages with incest patch would indicate whether it's an incest restoration patch or a fan made patch. I just want to play the game as the dev intended, so it's kinda annoying seeing an incest patch and having to scroll through to figure out if it's being endorsed from the shadows or not.
