this is one of the best of Kansen Series the old Hentai is a good shit but the new one kind meh I hope some day some new Studio can adapt this game fully

Think the hentai in question which was mentioned a couple posts above yours was Ball buster.

Wish there were more games with a similar plot that wasn't a VN or just a female protag trying to escape.
I'd be alright with the option to choose a starting protag with a game plot like this, however there are an abundance of female and futa protags to choose from.

I like playing a male protag but also like playing cat and mouse, and only i am getting chased.
Think of the game In Silence, but instead of getting being hunted by a monster that can actually hear and locate you in-game through the mic, you get hunted by those infected by what i like to call the horny virus.
